Ori & the Blind Forest Game Pass Save Bug (Progression Reset)

I've seen locked threads dating back to 2017 on here with no solution to this problem. Load up Ori through Game Pass on PC, play for a few hours, save a bunch of times, but when you re load the game it's all gone. Anyone figure this out?

Oh wow! Ori is a difficult game. I'd be gutted if I lost my save. Stories like this remind me why I play on console .
