Ori and the will of the wisps unplayable

I used to love this game but every time i close the game and open it several hours of progress get lost. I got xbox game pass only for this and although the game is beautiful i'm not gonna play it anymore until this thing is patched. How this is possible
so far from the release date?

nope, but in any case also the manually saved game disappeared

As i said the game is installed in the local SSD of windows and i save manually multiple times.

Hello,

I had a similiar problem with Ori and the Blind Forest, playing it on pc with Xbox Gamepass.

That night I saved and made 3 copies of the slot, the morning after the saves were gone, corrupted.

I couldn't locate the program files on my pc, probably because Microsoft doesn't save them in local but on cloud. Later I remembered the appearance of a window while I was playing that night, saying "We cannot sync with the cloud" or similiar but I ignored
it, I later realized how important it was.

Probably it's a cloud syncing issue, try to fix it
following this guide.

Is the game installed to an External Hard drive?

Also, you can manually save the game at Spirit Wells in Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

Hi, where you you have the game installed? in local Hard drive o external? maybe is a problem a external device.
