Anyway, check if the procedures below help you to solve this problem, please.

Solution 1:

Log out your account from the Xbox app
Log out your Microsoft store account
Type the term WSRESET into the Windows search bar
Run the command as administrator
Restart your PC
Add your accounts back to the apps
See if the problem has been fixed

Solution 2:

Go to Windows settings
Applications
Applications and Features
Search for the game
Click on it
Advanced options
Tap repair

- If that doesn't solve the problem, do the same procedure again, but this time choose the restore option.

Solution 3:

Check for updates for your Windows 10 or 11
Make sure your windows version is greater than 21H2
Check the Microsoft store for updates to the Xbox app

Solution 4:

Try launching the game from the Microsoft store if you are trying to launch from the Xbox app.
If you are trying to launch from the Microsoft store, try the Xbox app

Solution 5:

Click on your profile picture in the Xbox app
Enter settings
Click on the General tab
Check the offline permissions box
Disconnect from the internet and try starting the game
