Ori and the will of the wisps - freezing in saves menu

Hello everybody. I´m not able solve the problem in the PC game "Ori and the will of the wisps".
I bought it in Microsoft store, successfully installed it on PC with Windows10.
I finished it to the end. Then I deleted the save slot.
At that time I can't start the game. It let me go to the start menu, but it freezes as soon as I move to menu whit selection of the save slot.
I pushed the game off, downloaded it again, installed it again, and the situation is still the same.
Help, help

the game many bugs on pc . you have to be careful. p.s try on other pc with your account if you have another one in the house.

Thank your for your tip. But I don´t want try it this way. I want to play the game right on this PC. I will wait, maybe some next patch will solve it.

Hello, thanks for your tip, but it didn´t work I switch my local account on my PC to Microsoft profile, then I re-instal the game and the same situation. I try to change my Xbox profile name and it also didn´t help. Pitty. I like this game. I hate all
these stuffs with accounts, I´m old school

Is the game installed to an External Hard drive?

Also, you can manually save the game at Spirit Wells in Ori and the Will of the Wisps.
