    Ori and the Will of the Wisp


    Hello,

    I recently subscribed to the XBox Live GamePass. I had no problems to install the games I wanted to play, but when I want to play any of these games, the xBox Liv app tells me I am off line (when I am not).

    On ori and the Will of the WIsp I tried to launch a new game but it was impossible, the game won't just let me launch a new game is froze on the empty save slots screen.

    Moreover, when I navigate through the app I have a bug where a app window is spamming (appearing then disappearing in short times) and it make kind of difficult the use of the app.

    Could you please fix this as I subscribed but still can't use the service, at this stage this offer is just a scam.
