Ori and the Blind Forest not downloading on the correct place

It appears you may have purchased the PC version of the game. First check if you can find it to install on your console

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

- Under Full library > All owned games, you'll see all games you own listed.

- If a game you own has not yet been installed on your console, you'll see a download icon on the game title.

If you don't find it there, I'll recommend you request a refund for the purchase and try doing it again.

After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 24 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.
