Ori and the Blind Forest Missing from Purchased Games; store wants me to buy again

See title -- I have purchased previously -- though never played the game. Went to play today and it is missing completely from My Games -- and when I search it in the store it shows a price rather than the 'download again' --

Any ideas or help? How can I review my full purchase history?

If you go to My Games & Apps, scroll all the way to the right and you should see a section called "Ready to Install" - can you see if the title is listed there? If so, highlight it and hit A to download.

That is what is so strange -- it does not show there (ready to d/l) and shows in the store as requiring purchase. Fairly sure I purchased through Xbox One app on my phone when it was on sale many weeks ago. Are receipts emailed for games purchased through
the app? I have checked my M/S account and email but no receipts / confirmations not there for other games purchased through app...

You can see your full billing history on
https://commerce.microsoft.com.

If it's not showing there, one of two scenarios are most likely: you either didn't buy it (maybe the transaction failed), or it could be that you bought the game using a different account.

If you do have another account, check the billing history (commerce.microsoft.com again) of that one too to verify.

Yeah, that's the only explanation for it not showing up anywhere.

You might be interested to know that there'll be a new round of sales starting on Tuesday 22nd December lasting until several days into 2016 - I don't know the list of games that will be included, but it's like two weeks of sales so you may spot Ori in there
again. It's worth keeping an eye on that.
