Ori and the blind forest download will not work :(

Just bought an xbox one bundle.. it came with some games Ori and the blind forest came with a code I tried to download it and got an error that "something had gone wrong" 3x. so I went on xboxlive.com/errorhelp like it said and got nothing so I ended up
live chatting for help she said the code was valid and to try doing it on xboxlive.com and another "something went wrong" she had me try account.microsoft.com and again another "something went wrong" so she told me to this and that someone would be able to
help me

I bought a download code for Ori and the blind forest and downloaded it to the system without Gold

Having trouble also but not with an error. It says the free code worked but it wants 4.99 plus tax to download. Thought it was a FREE FULL DOWNLOAD!?

If you used the code the game should show up for you under your Ready to Install list. That 4.99 price sounds like the Definitive Edition, which provides you with extra content. If you're unable to find the game under your Ready to Install list please create
