Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive edition upgrade

Hi! I spoke with a chat agent and she directed me here since she was unable to help me. I see in the following link that there is a promotional pricing option for the definitive edition of Ori and the Blind Forest for those of us who own the original version.
I cannot find the option to upgrade for the promotional pricing anywhere. I was really hoping to replay the game with all of the additional content that was added, as my anticipation for the sequel grows. thank you in advance.

Have you searched the store for the upgrade itself? Also if own the game install it and see if able to find that way.

Try this and let us know if it helps. make sure you see in games and apps or ready to install. If you don't own it for some reason then that why you unable to find it.

Yes I do own it and it is currently installed. When I search the store for the upgrade I am unable to find it.

the definitive edition of Ori and the Blind Forest. If you don’t see Ori and the Blind Forest installed or available to install, you don’t own it. Someone else using your console and a different account may have purchased it or redeemed the code to
download it digitally. Check to see if that account is able to purchase the Definitive Edition at the discounted price. Make sure the correct account is signed in and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other inquiry!!

 

Most games will include a such offer in the menus. Did you check them ? They're usually labeled as additional content.
