Ori and the blind forest definitive edition upgrade help

Hello,

When I purchased my console it came preinstalled with ori and the blind forest, no download code, new console. I talked to
Sebastian G on the chat and he said I was one of the few privileged and lucky customers to have this for free.

When I heard about the upgrade on xbox.com for 4.99 instead of 19.99 I tried to see it, but it still showed 19.99 because I never officially purchased the game.

Can anyone help?

Hey SwimmerDude02.

It sounds like another profile on the console may own the license to Ori and the Blind Forest which was giving you access to it. If you didn't originally purchase the game you wouldn't have access to the $4.99 upgrade. Are there any other profiles on the
Xbox One you can check?

Currently the Definite Edition is on sale through the Xbox Live Summer Sale, which will temporarily not show the $4.99 price for owners of the original game. Since this thread is a few months older, please be sure to post a new thread if the price does not
adjust after the end of the Xbox Live Summer Sale (July 12th, 2016).

I'm looking for the owner if I'm not mistaken, I downloaded it via code, but on the page I get a discount for gold members, could that be? anyway if I buy it from me as a new game or overwrite the old one?

the definitive edition of Ori and the Blind Forest. If you don’t see Ori and the Blind Forest installed or available to install, you don’t own it. Someone else using your console and a different account may have purchased it or redeemed the code to
