I can't purchase Ori and the blind forest DE. It keeps giving me this error PBR9002. I have enough money in my MS account for the 4.99 upgrade and it isn't accepting payments from my master card either.

I'm having the same issue actually. I got Ori from the XBOX ONE package that came with codes for Ori, Gears of War, etc. It doesn't allow me to just upgrade the game at $4.99. Instead I just get the option to download the entire DE game at $19.99. I don't
want to pay for the game twice, and there was no "available upgrade" message either. I'm hoping this is just a glitch. I really don't want to basically pay twice for an extension on the game...

 

Why hasn't this issue been authoritatively addressed? It's been nearly a month for the original posters. I'm having the same issue too. I've checked for ownership as suggested by the troubleshooting paragraph in support and find the game among my games,
but no upgrade offer in the store. I've checked using my account and the two xbox live accounts set up for my grandkids. Same in all cases, no upgrade offer. I do hope Microsoft isn't going to do something cheap and claim I don't really own the game just
because I bought it as part of a bundle. I bought it. I paid good money for it. It was definitely part of my purchase decision, not an extra, not a freebie.

 

Wow, sry ppl. I didn't checked this forum. And ... well, no one is here exept me - and I am just a big Ori fan, too.

Had a few months ago time to help a bit out in the Ori community, but not more. :r

Just keep in mind, Ori is a small game made of a small Studio with a suprising big success. And this forum is not very frequented.

Microsoft should realy start to support Ori a bit more. (more than 1 month later again :S)

It should not be too hard to command a Admin here for 1x in a week or at least 1x every two weeks - or something like that.

So @MS, if you read this ... more Customer-Support for your new big franchise plz.

(Then more ppl might come here with their technical problems. And in the end more ppl will be happy.)

Same here. I'm not seeing the option to upgrade without paying full price. Thought for sure there would be a solution in the Xbox forums.
