ORI AND THE BLIND FOREST CRASH AT START UP - XBOX ONE ELITE

New to XBOne and live.com I setup my new XBO and DL/install Ori and update, when the Moon logo comes up it says "press A" which I do. The XBO home screen appears like nothing happened. Now I click on Ori and I get the Ori Moon screen for a few seconds then
back to XBO home screen. ???

I tried to do a support chat but xbox.com returns an error "chat too busy" wtf. Any help?" I don't have an external hard drive. Why would I need that? Ori is the only game I installed...please help.

 

So after installing Replay and Gears of War, Ori now works! Happy about that.

 

I have an other problem, after some time, my black ops 3 freezes and crashes now. Similar to the original Ori title (so not DE). Even more annoying, during the game, in some background loading sections.

It realy looks like some buffer overflow concerning the original HDD for the XBO. I mean - similar problems have had the 360, which could be bypassed with USB sticks (like put your expansion datas on an USB).

I need to buy an external HDD anyway for some additional space now. I will choose a faster one after all this ... issues as well. :r

Having same issue.. brand new XBO in July, all other games work fine so it's not a faulty unit. If you can get it to load to the continue screen just leave it sit there for about a minute before trying to continue. So far it has worked for me every time,
but if I don't wait it freezes and returns to home screen.

While on the subject of inferior MS related products, my x button is completely worn out has no "spring" back, it's just 3 months old. New controller seems so flimsy compared to the 360's.

 

Are any of you still having issues with Ori and it crashing on the Xbox One Elite? I just bought the game during the Ultimate sale and I have an Elite console and I started it up today and even streamed it for 37 minutes and I had no problems whatsoever
(unless if you count Mixer not wanting to broadcast it and using Twitch instead).
