    Oh, I see. If this is the case, you'll be needing to reach Oreo support for this. Usually the code will be sent within 48-72 hrs.

    Hi Leo,

    Have you checked your Spam Folder? Sometimes certain emails get incorrectly directed there. I also entered the Oreo promo here in London in the UK and I haven’t received an email yet either.

    If you still can’t find the email, you should contact Oreo or DM them on Twitter @Oreo / @OreoUki and maybe Mondelez @MDLZ

    There was a similar issue with the Doritos/Rockstar promotion with Xbox a few months ago and the answer was still the same - contact the third party responsible for the promotion. The official partner are the only ones that can properly address any issues involving this.
