Orders not received: Gaming coins.

Hello, i bought 2 lots of coins for Farming Simulator 18 (Giants). It shows on order history as been bought and received, but nothing has been received. This has not happened before. How does one follow this up and receive these coins, there must be evidence on the other end that these coins were not "sent" ?

Hello Paul, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data, and neither your account we can not specify the actual reason or accurately check what happened to not have received the coins, the ideal would be to contact the Xbox service.

The charge is for Apex coins, twice at a cost of 7.19 each.

I bought Apex coins on 20th but didn't receive them. I eventually received them yesterday, after several chats with EA. But on the 21st and again on 24th payments for 7.19 were taken from my paypal account for Apex coins. I only ordered them once.

Thank you for coming to the forums today, I'd be happy top provide some information.

Virtual currency like Apex coins are not digital items available to purchase as a gift. Only items in the store that has the option "Buy as gift" are available to be gifted. Apex coins on the Microsoft Store does not have the Buy as gift option:

Also, the person receiving the gift would be the one to receive the code through email and Xbox Live message. The one making the purchase can see the code in the order details found in the account's order history, but the one making the purchase would not
receive an email with the code. You would just view it from the
order history.

Apex coins can only be used for the account making the purchase as the coins are deposited by the publisher's servers directly into your in-game balance almost immediately. More than likely, the Apex coins you purchased were deposited into the Xbox Live
account that made the purchase.

Sometimes I have to close the game and restart the game to receive the Apex coins. That would usually fix the delay but if you did purchase, you'll receive your Apex coins.

Yes, my order was complete from the beginning, but i dont have any coin or any e-mail with a code or a guide to receive the credits, i only buy and i dont receive anything and i dont know why
