    Hi, I ordered a xbox controller through microsoft about a day ago and it still says pending, how long does it usually take for them to start sending it to me?

    It can take a bit to process the order. Especially during Thanksgiving week. I would suggest though getting in contact with the Microsoft Store support for more help with the order

    Hello gamer,

    not all PC games support the same gamepads. In order to be able to play games purchased from Xbox marketplace I suggest you to use an Xbox controller.

    Xbox series x controller not turning off after system shut down

    figured it out. Xbox series X wont turn off your controller or respond to the controller once its on a off state if your console is in ENERGY SAVER mode. In order to be able to turn your xbox on with the controller you must be in STANDBY mode. Thats a stupid move by Microsoft to force you to keep wasting power in order to turn on you console with the controller.
