    Ordered physical copy of SoT, want to redeem it only for PC.


    Hello,

    I ordered a physical copy of Sea of Thieves since I assumed it would not do any difference considering the "XBOX Play Anywhere" deal. To my sadness, the case did not include any sorts of key to redeem, so I'm currently stuck with a Xbox One game without
    owning a Xbox One. Is there a way to redeem it for PC that I'm missing?

    If u pre-ordered outside of the states you will not get a physical copy till 27th of February trouble with shipping so delayed a month only way to get is buy digital copy

    You would have to see about returning the disc so you can purchase it for the PC. Play Anywhere is only available for digital purchases.

    Is that so? Unfortunately I had to break the wrapping to find out it came with no key, which also makes it impossible to return. But thank you for your answer!

    The only way CAH4E3 is I think you have to order the physical copy of the game as the stores are giving you a code to redeem.

    If the code was redeemed from a physical copy of the game purchased from a 3rd party retailer, you will want to reach out to that retailer to explain the issue. Unfortunately we are unable to replace codes that come from physical copies of games, only codes
