    Halo ward DE code not arrived

    Hi I ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition over a week ago and have yet to receive my halo wars definitive edition code. Anyone able to help ?

    Ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition off of Amazon over a week ago...

    As an addendum, if I open up the Halo Wars 1 page in the Windows Store, it says BUY instead of INSTALL or PLAY.

    This is extremely frustrating, I almost never have any time to play games anymore and I was hoping I could actually get to playing this now, on my day off, that the game is OFFICIALLY released.

    It's in my library but it says it's unplayable on my device! Which, I'm taking it to mean it's not "released" yet since the entire season pass that came with Halo Wars 2 is listed in the same place.

    Also, my gamer tag is actually Loos1d, I don't remember what happened with all these xbox accounts but Loos1d is the one that I have the game registered to.

    Ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition off of Amazon over a week ago...

    It's now officially 10 days since I've got the game and still no key, it said I should expect it between 7 to 10 days.

    Day 13 and still nothing... great support, guys!

    The game has been out for 3 or 4 days and yet I bought it about 2 weeks ago and still can't play it.

    I feel bad for anyone that preordered it back in December and haven't received their keys yet.

    Finally got in touch with someone through live chat after trying them several times before and they just outright gave me a key.

    It feels like they waited out the arbitrary 10 days after purchase to just cave and give me a key.
