ordered fifa pts for 2016 instead of 2017

my son was so excited to buy some fifa pts yesterday that he ordered them for 2016 (a game he no longers even owns) instead of 2017. is there a way to exchange them for 2017 or to get a refund? thank you...

Simply rewarding - have I qualified?

Would any one know if all consumables and in game content counts. I spent £28.79 on Fifa Pts on march first and want to know if I only need to spend £8 to get the 6000pts

Contacted Microsoft via twitter and instead of helping me they directed me to ask on the forums.

I bought more Fifa Pts today and hope to have qualified now.

 

Missing 15,000 pts for pre-ordering Game off microsoft.com

Ordered a game on 11/24/2016 off microsoft.com to take advantage of pre-order promotion which reward 15000 pts per title. Game was shipped on the 28th. As of today, 15 business days later, they have not been credited to my account.
