Ordered a game, paid for it, but in my history it says that it's cancelled?

A few hours ago I bought a game (Rugby 18).

I orderd it from my phone as I don't have a creditcard (I've done this a couple of times before).

I paid as usual and went to my xbox one where I downloaded the game. After it was done with downloading I wanted to play the game ofcourse. However it said that I haven't paid for the game! (My money is already gone on my bank-account). And when I go to
my purchase history it says it's cancelled.

But I already paid

What to do?

Yeah, if you go to your
Microsoft Account page and click on Payments & Billing > Order History, then you should be able to click 'Get Order Help' under the order in question. That page will give you details on the best place to contact about the order for what you're trying to
accomplish, and they can give you more details on it.

And if you get it sorted, and see me online, hit me up and we can play. I play it from time to time. Pretty much the only sports game I really play, unless you count Rocket League?

my issue is that the option to refund a request isn't there in the first place.

after i clicked cancel on the game I'm wanting to refund, it isn't in my order history anymore but i still paid for it and haven't got the money back

There are 2 statements in the order history, the latest one being me cancelling the subscription, and the one from yesterday being the one that I completed and paid for.

Xbox and xbox.com both say I need to buy it again. My order history shows it bought and paid for.
