    Ordered a controller online and it got lost now nobody seems to be able to help


    I ordered a custom controller online before xmas (3rd Dec), it was a gift for my son. The delivery tracking seemed to get stuck at the depot and when I called they said they couldn't find the parcel and it was lost. The Microsoft support 'request a callback' doesn't seem to work but when I finally found a number the support seems absolutely useless. They don't seem to know what to do. They haven't even acknowledged it's lost yet. I feel like I've slipped through the net somewhere.

    I've called up twice not and seem unable to get ANY information about what's happening with my lost parcel. They keep saying when I'm on the phone that they'll keep me updated but haven't heard anything. They don't even seem to know what's going on with my case when I call back. Now I can't even call because the system seems unable to recognise that I'm saying 'home user'. I can't believe this is Microsoft, a massive company with such terrible support. What are my next steps? Tempted to just request a chargeback and re-order. Honestly was tempted to get the new xbox but now having second thoughts.

    Xbox One Controller, left stick faulting!!!

    I have had the same problem. Both controllers I got at launch have broken left thumb sticks. They made me pay to send one of them in, and then when it arrived they cancelled the order without telling me. Now they are pretending they never received it and
    customer support keeps lying to me about it. Nobody will contact me from customer advocacy. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Using my broken controller in the meantime while I hope to track down the one they lost. What a nightmare.

    Nobody will be able to help you if you have tried fixing a problem to the console, you have brought the consequence on and now you will have to use your new xbox.

    I'm sorry to hear you've lost your old xbox, but enjoy your new one.
