    Why hasnt my series x shipped my order saidnit wouod arrive on novemebr 12th you scammed a bunch of people into to goving yoi your money only to not ship the product. That is horrible buisness practice and im assuming none of us will be compinsated.

    usually xbox digital purchases arent refunded. I dont know anything about how they handle it, but they could make exceptions. sadly thats probably not a rare situation.

    just redownload it by going to my games and apps, all available content. if it is a digital download, it is always saved with that account.
