    To whom it may concern,

    I would like to bring to your attention that I recently purchased a deal on the Microsoft store online. In the deal was included: A 1TB Xbox One, Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Forza 6 and a £25 gift card for the Microsoft store. However,
    I ordered it on the 15 of June 2016 yet somehow the gift card was not in the box and still has not arrived. Please can you investigate this error and send the advertised product to me as promised. Thanks again,

    Another way to tell if you bought the base game or not is to check you Order History on the Microsoft website. I recently purchased The Evil Within bundle and it shows it as "The Evil Within Bundle" in my order history.
