6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

But, where did you order the product? From the Microsoft store?



If so, check
this link. Then scroll down to How to Track Your Order. It will give you instructions on how to track your order.

A confirmation and tracking number are 2 different things. The confirmation number is just to confirm your purchase. Depending on where you purchased the game from, a tracking number should be issued on the day it's mailed out. Once you have the tracking
number you can then track it through the shippers site. USPS Fed Ex etc... GOOD LUCK!! and HAVE FUN!!
