order still pending!

i placed an order on 28th july for a controller. It is for my sons birthday on 19th August but it is still saying order pending!

When should i expect my order please? I have been tracking it but nothing has happened.

Hello thats a long time to be pending. Was the money avail in the account when they went to take it? I would contact and see if the payment was made. Was the money removed from the account??

Sorry to hear it. There can be many things keeping it in a pending state include current conditions in the world. However, please have your friend contact the Microsoft Store support and ask about the order. It may be a problem with billing or something
but only he would be able to get the info from them
