A friend of mine went way out of his way and bought me a elite Series 2 controller for my birthday and its been pending since 5/23. I understand there is a pandemic and protests going in, but wow microsoft, you’ve really managed to drop the ball once again.

Hello thats a long time to be pending. Was the money avail in the account when they went to take it? I would contact and see if the payment was made. Was the money removed from the account??

Sorry to hear it. There can be many things keeping it in a pending state include current conditions in the world. However, please have your friend contact the Microsoft Store support and ask about the order. It may be a problem with billing or something
but only he would be able to get the info from them
