Order still pending

On Dec 1 while a sale was going on i ordered a Controller Gear Xbox Pro Charging Stand (Photon Blue) from the Microsoft Store from my xbox for 27.99 i had 27 bucks in account balance so i went on Microsoft rewards to redeem a 1.25 & 3.00 to add on for tax
and shipping fee When i purchased it i got a email. Saying Hello Thank you for shopping with us on Sunday, December 1, 2019. You'll be charged once your items ship. Estimated delivery: Monday, December 23, 2019

But when i go on order history its pending and the 4.25 Miscellaneous Credit was refunded . The 30.58 was already taken out my account balance.
