    Hello, I purchased a steel series 9x headset about 2 weeks ago and it still sais my order is pending. The xone x that I purchased with it has already arrived but no headset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You should reach out to the Microsoft Support team to check on your order's status, click on Open Get Help App then type "talk to a person".

    I've come across this before and emailed Customer Service - it turned out that they were slightly behind on shipping and my order was prioritized.

    Just send them an email.
