    What does that mean? Why has my order been processing for so long, its been five days since i placed the order and payed for it. I ordered a power supply and i dont have a clue when its being delivered

    preordered titanfall, which status is true?

    "backordered" is the typical status for pre-orders. Your order is fine, and you will receive it on release. So to answer your question, "processing" is the real status.

    If the devicesupport.microsoft.com order shows as pending for more than a few days, I would contact support at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX so they can further research that and ensure the order is on its way. You can also go to support.xbox.com and click through the
    support options to use chat instead of a phone call.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, if the order is stated as "completed" you should be able to get the in-game currency. If it's not there, it may mean that it's not successful.

    To those who ordered a Day 1 Edition Xbox 1 from Microsoft's online store

    Just as an FYI, i checked my order on the MS Store site and it shows my XB1 as being back ordered. I'm hoping that is because it hasn't been released yet. However, there is another spot on the order page that indicates "in process"
