Order Status Not Updating ( Even after console has been delivered to the lab)

Have you had any further feedback ? I have sent (24/06) my Elite 2 off for repair and UPS says its been delivered (29/06), but it has not been updated on the Order status.

Look at your email dated 3rd Aug and it will have your order number on there. Mine says that its been delivered but this is standard for Argos and means that it has been delivered to Royal Mail for onward delivery to the recipient.

I think wimby has encountered the glitch the OP mentions, where an Alchemy lab is purchased for Breezehome, however upon returning there she discovers the steward has pocketed her cash and no Alchemy lab has been delivered and the satchel resides on the
lab table, if I recall.

HI, I'm good thanks, its just a getting a bit of a long time now without a controller almost 2 weeks since I have sent it off and still nothing not even an update on the order stage.

Did this get resolved?.. I'm having a similar issue where it has been delivered to the Repair centre via UPS tracker but Microsoft have not updated my order status yet.

Before you check out with design lab it actually states this in the cart:

Due to the customized nature of Xbox Design Lab, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is placed. Your Xbox Design Lab order will deliver in 2 to 3 weeks.
You will be charged immediately, and the order cannot be returned or refunded.
