Order status issue

That may have caused the issue, Jakub. Kindly check the status of the order. If it's already canceled it may mean that you need to re-purchase it. If it's declined status, kindly manage the payment method from the order transaction itself.

OMG I am going through the same thing!!!! I even called Microsoft and they have no clue. I never got my console but they sure charged me.

You should be able to pull up the order on microsoftstore.com and track it from there.

If you bought a physical item from the Microsoft Store and we're shipping it to you, you can track the progress of your order online.

1. Sign in to your Order history with your Microsoft account. If you’re having issues signing in to your Microsoft account, go to Microsoft
   account help.
2. Locate the order you want to track.
3. Check for the status of your order on the same line. You should see In Progress, Pending, Completed, or Shipped as your status. If your status
   is Shipped, check for a Track Shipping link below the status. If you don't see any status and the purchase is recent, check back later to see the progress of your order.

If the devicesupport.microsoft.com order shows as pending for more than a few days, I would contact support at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX so they can further research that and ensure the order is on its way. You can also go to support.xbox.com and click through the
support options to use chat instead of a phone call.
