I understand you wanted a refund for your subscription. No worries, you can try requesting a refund for it by following the instructions below but if you haven't turned off your auto-renewal yet, kindly do this first;

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

3. Navigate to the Xbox Live Subscription

4. Click "Manage".

5. Choose either "Cancel" or select "Change" below that to turn off auto-renew.

To request a refund, kindly sign in to your account and fill out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund. You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.

Hello, you can also login to your Microsoft.com account and look under payment and billing and look for the game and it will show the order number there too.

A receipt with your order number on would of been sent to the email address linked to the account that bought the game.
