    I pre ordered a new xbox controller and it was marked as delivered today. Its not here. I looked on my porch and mailbox and found it nowhere. Either the mailman delivered it to the wrong house or someone stole it off my front porch. Ive been trying to
    get ahold of microsoft support. Their support system SUCKS. I only have been talking to bots and cant seem to get in contact with an actual person. Im beyond upset about this because the only reason why i had to order a new controller is because the old version
    broke and they were terrible. What should i do?

    Used them for the first time because of this thread. Ordered Kingdoms Of Amalur Reckoning late on Thursday, notified of dispatch on Friday and delivered yesterday! Top marks from me!

    May I know if more than 48 hours passed since this delivery notification?

    If not, please wait this time. In some cases the carrier mark an order as delivered before it actually gets delivered

    If yes, right now the best option is start and investigation process with them and you can reach Microsoft support to see if a replacement can be sent in the meantime

    Sometimes it remains as pre ordered until it actually ships or is delivered. The holiday season is ramping up so expect delays with shipping estimates.

    It may be that the Microsoft store marked it as delivered to the shipper. In this case that would be FedEx. Does the FedEx tracking number state that the package arrived in your local station already? You would generally see that the package was out for
    delivery or had been marked as delivered on the tracking number.

    Pre-order Code for Halo 4 ordered from Amazon doesn't work

    As far as I can see Amazon doesn't actually deliver to India? So I'm assuming here that you've pre-ordered the game and received the code as part of another country ordering from Amazon. If that is the case then yes, that would be correct. Your particular
    country would not be eligible to redeem this code. The code however, is valid for people in a country where this game was meant to be sold to.
