Discus and support Order in which reward credits are spent? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've noticed as I spend reward credits that the newest credits get used first and the oldest last.     Order in which reward credits are spent?


    I've noticed as I spend reward credits that the newest credits get used first and the oldest last. As a result I'm in danger of losing some credits soon, I thought that older credits got used first? I've got less than $3 left, after redeeming $10 and $3
    gift points from Xmas. I redeemed them in January and made purchases dropping me down to $2.90. Shouldn't that amount expire in a year? Instead, $1.51 expires soon, $0.39 soon after that and then the last $1.00 in December. Was it the fact that I used gifts
    that my credits weren't used first? Or is something wrong? Or did I misunderstand something?

    I don´t understand :'(

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. The program now gives rewards credits which are deposited into your account as currency. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you
    need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the rewards site.

    We see that you are not a Rewards member. In order to earn Xbox Live Rewards Credits, you must be a Xbox Live Rewards member.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. If you are having an issue with currency in your Microsoft Account, you can try contacting Xbox support at (Contact Us | Xbox Support), who will be better
    informed on their policies. Once Credits are deposited, we no longer have any visibility on them as Microsoft Account currency.

    I believe you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. If that is the case, you will need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    Otherwise, there are no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 1 credit for every dollar spent. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive
    VIP rebates.

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards. Since you are not a member, you are not eligible for any Xbox Live Rewards. On top of that, this purchase would not have awarded any Credits since the only offer that awards Credits for pre-orders
    is the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders to complete.

    The XOXO offer does not award credits just for playing and earning achievements in the games. You only receive credits for purchasing the games. If you think you've spent enough to complete some of the offer, you'd want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions
    forum in order for support to check your purchases.
