Order history shows i ordered game yet xbox asks me to buy the game.

Hey! I have the same problem and i already did both suggestions multiple times and it still asks me to buy it even though it is in my order history. Should i just get a refund for it since clearly it’s not working like it should?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please try to check your games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

It is showing on my subscriptions and order history but when i go onto the xbox and go to game pass it asks me to join as if it hasn’t activated

I also tried to buy it, and it charged me, yet didnt allow me to download it. On my order history it said I bought it, but it isn't showing up on my console. Please Xbox.

That's the thing a bunch of my games don't show up on my order history and the store tells me to buy it again
