Order History not showing purchased game. (Trying to check refund request progress)

Hey All,

I recently purchased Fallout 76: Steel Dawn Deluxe Edition from the Xbox store while it was on sale. However I was only going to test run the game and see if I liked it without realizing that it's also available in the game pass so I requested a refund over 3 days ago and it just completely vanished from my order history, I have gotten no emails or notifications of where it has gone. I cant check my refund request progress at all because it doesn't show up at all in my order history. I purchased the game on May 24th, and my order history only goes up to May 3rd. I have tried swapping filters and such around and nothing has worked.

The game also appears in my actual Xbox purchase history when I look at it on the console but it doesn't show in my Microsoft order history. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

In order to request a refund, the order must be visible on your account order history. The order number of your game purchase must be included in the refund form. I suggest to check your other email or account and sign it in to Microsoft website for checking.

Did you check your order history as I requested? A Games with Gold purchase shows on your account as a purchase for $0.00 If it is not showing then it wasn't purchased using your account.
