Order extra elite controller paddles (but not have xbox one yet)

I cannot find a place to register my elite controller, and would like to buy an extra of paddles. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Elite Controller - paddle not working, MS support unable to replace

In order to find the removable parts to buy for an Elite controller you have to register your Xbox One and then register your Elite Controller under the accessories tab for your Xbox One.

I have yet to call about getting replacement paddles, but I will REFUSE to buy replacement paddles for something that I received defective. Microsoft needs to suck it up and supply replacements especially since demand is high for the controller and they
are hard to find in stock anywhere.

 

Unable to register Xbox Elite Controller on the Xbox Online Service Center

Hello

The Xbox Online Service Center will not accept the serial number of the Xbox Elite Controller.

My kids lost some paddles and I wanted to order replacements. I was told to go the Xbox Online Service Center, but it wont let me add the Elite Controller serial number.

How do I order replacement paddles?

Currently you'll need to register an Xbox One console in order to register an accessory on the Online Service Center. Definitely understand that this isn't ideal, but be sure to provide feedback for this over on
xbox.uservoice.com. Thanks for your understanding!

 

I found a post said people could call customer service to register the controller by itself. I'll try later. Thank you very much for your reply
