Order created by mistake

You would need to contact support as they are the only ones who can issue you with a refund

The only reason it is over the days is because we thought we were waiting for FIF22 to come out in two months time.

The only way to exchange it would be to refund it and the purchase the correct item. Since it's outside of the timeline for refunds, that would not be possible.

Your gamertag is like a nickname on Xbox LIVE. This identifies your account and can be viewed by anyone who looks at your profile. To change your gamertag you need to go to the Xbox Dashboard. Then you go over the tab "Social" click on your profile and scroll
over to the right. You will see all of the information on your profile listed there. Ex. Bio, Motto etc. Once you see that, to the rigt you will see, "Change Gamertag", click that. Once you have done that you will have to pay with your local currency for a
new gamertag. If it is your first time changing your gamertag it will be free. Just type in the gamertag you wish to have, or select one from the suggestions if you have a hard time coming up with one.

That's a great suggestion, you should make a post with that information in the
Feedback/Wishlist area of the support forums here so the proper folks can see and perhaps implement that in a future update of some kind.
