Order completed but the game doesn't show up as bought anywhere else

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

I checked the link and it shows in my order history as complete, but nothing shows in the digital content section. Is there anywhere else the code could be?

It will show up in your quick play list on the dashboard but not anywhere else. There is also no cheevos or percent complete associated with it.

As of this time, it doesn't show a balance anywhere else.

I'm an Xbone BF4 premium member. I've installed the China Rising expansion pack but it doesn't show up in 'My games and apps' or anywhere else on my console.

Pls Help!!!
