    I purchased a game, but it is not available for download on the console.

    He gave you instructions for the Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S. If the game is in your order history, then make sure you are logged in with the same account on the console, then go to settings - account - download history, and scroll down to the game, select it and start the download.

    You might also want to check this page to make sure the order has gone through for the Xbox 360. https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/Product/Rayman-Origins/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80255530884

    The site you posted is mainly for the Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S orders, although ordering 360 games on there usually do register for the Xbox 360 console as well.

    If the order doesn't show, then you should request a refund here xbox.com/refund and then order the game directly from the Xbox 360 marketplace website or direct from the 360 console instead.

    1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    There generally are no offers for hardware purchases except for the current offer to upgrade from a One to a One S.

    The 360 S HDD transfer cable should be in stores soon, but for now it can be ordered from the XBOX Support line. I ordered one a couple days ago.
