    An order on May 12th, the status says "pending."

    I've called Microsoft customer service June 4th and also today June 5th.

    NOTHING WAS DONE, status still says "pending," where you (Microsoft) has my funds and I've yet to see the merchandise that my son purchase.

    Microsoft's customer service done the following:"

    1. Your phone customer service is atrocious, nothing gets done, nothing but stonewalling customer.

    2. For a large company such as Microsoft, taking well over 25 days to fulfill an order for Xbox controller, pathetic.

    This whole experience has really disgusted me as a customer of Microsoft, can't believe this day and age where NOTHING gets done but stonewalling customers.

    Hi Apollo,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with an order. Unfortunately, orders are backlogged due to the global pandemic. Personally waited 45 days for my controller it said pending until it was shipped. I called the Microsoft
    store in May to get information on the order as it didn't say the ship date. That's when I was informed of the ship date and got 2 days after the ship date. Here is

    for more information and assistance.
