Orange light on power supply

    Orange light on power supply


    Recently, in my area there was a storm and my console was running when the electricity sudddenly cut off. The console worked perfectly until then. After the power is restored, I notice that my console won't start up. On the power supply, the light stays
    orange all the time, and all I can hear is the console's fan spinning slower than usual and the sounds made whenever I open/close the CD tray or turn on the console. No image or sound is coming through the A/V cables.

    I suspect it's something from inside the console, instead of the power supply. What could it be?

    Three red lights, new power supply, now what?

    Got three red lights and the orange light on the pwer supply. Went through the on line steps and bought a new power supply. Plugged it in and still the same three red lights on the box and the orange light on the new power supply. Now what?

    My power supply

    I have some problem with my power supply. i choose energy saving mode and when I plugged in power supply show on orange light and then I turn on change to white light . But now when I plugged in power supply show white light about 10 seconds and then change
    to orange and I turn on show on white light.

    my problem is why power supply show on white light before ( I use energy saving mode)it should be start with orange light . I notice that it happened after I update my console in November

    XBOX 360 S won't start

    The Power Supply light shows Orange. I tried a new Power Supply and that also shows Orange. Looks like there is no Power to the console.

    Yes, I understand that, that means that there is an issue with the power supply and it needs to be replaced.

    Flashing orange, solid red, or no light: Your power supply may need to be replaced. Try the following solutions:



    1. Try plugging your console’s power supply into a different electrical outlet. Do not use a surge protector.

    2. If the power supply light is solid red or flashing orange, unplug the power supply and let it cool for 30 minutes. Then, plug the power supply back into the outlet.

    If your power supply light is still flashing orange, solid red, or unlit, your power supply needs to be replaced.

    The power supply should always have a light on it.

    Orange light on power supply/no light on Xbox One = Xbox One is off

    White light on power supply/no light on Xbox One = Xbox One is in standby (charge controllers, download updates, etc.)

    White light on power supply/white light on Xbox One = Xbox One is on
