    Option to remove XBL Gold commemorative profile badge?


    Hi there, is there any way to remove the commemorative Xbox Live Gold 2002 - 2023 profile badge? I’ve been in touch with support a few times but they can’t seem to remove it from my profile.

    The Ambassador badge and the recently given Gold badge (for commemorating the end of Gold) are the only badges for regular users. All other badges are only for employees.

    The 5 is your tenure. It's how long you've had a Gold subscription. The Gold badge is a new badge to commemorate Xbox Gold which just recently ended.

    the day one XBL gold is only for a 12 month sub that will extend your current sub by 12 months.. it will start at the end of your current billing cycle... and end after 12 months...Not sure if you need to pause your current payment option..

    the XBL Gold Day one will include a character for KI, a commemorative hard card w/ case

    it is NOT included with the console...

    I have the same problem, I have been an Xbox live gold subscriber for 14 year, I just noticed the gold badge on other profiles, but it's not on mine..

    How can I remove and readd my Xbox Profile?

    Restart your Xbox Console doesn’t work.

    ‘Wait for the next billing cycle and after renewal check again as well if the badge is reflected’ This is not a option because renewal date is late 2025..

    Please help!
