Option to play from cloud not available (Xbox Series S)

So how can I play Microsoft Flight Simulator if Cloud Gaming is not available in my country?

Isnt there a version (maybe a disk) that is compatible with my Xbox One S?

If cloud gaming isn't available in your country then you can't play it. There are no Xbox One S versions of the game. This game is too advanced for the Xbox One S, or the One X.

If you really want to play it, you need to buy either a Series S or Series X. There are no other options if Cloud gaming isn't supported in your location.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that you're in a supported region by checking your region here under "Xbox Cloud Gaming": https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions

Once confirmed, validate if you're signed in under the account that has an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by following the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Once you have confirmed that you're on a supported region and you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account simply remove and re-add your account to re-sync the license.

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

I am able to stream via cloud using the Edge browser on both my PC and Mac. I am still unable to stream via cloud on my Series S.

If you are unable to solve my issue, who can I escalate this problem to?

Go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Game Pass Library.

Check if you can see the games with cloud icon from there.
