Option files - image uploads - user-generated data - PES - Pro Evolution Soccer - Xbox one - ...

I've been Microsoft customer for years, probably close to 15. This past year, I made the decision to purchase an XBOX One, which I'm regretting after 7 months of having the console. My biggest hangup with the system and company (Microsoft) is it's decision
to continue to not allow user-generated files, specifically image files like PNG, also known as option files.

Certain games and companies (like EA Sports, FIFA and Madden) have established almost a monopoly. Instead of opening up the opportunity for companies to compete, Microsoft and Xbox One has made this nearly impossible. Games like Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer
(PES PES2017) struggle on systems like Xbox One, but not Sony, because Xbox One and Microsoft have not allowed customers to have the ability to upload and edit certain things like image files. The game can simply not compete with FIFA because of the lack of
licenses and Microsoft's stand to not allow enough editing and uploading of option files or user-generated data.

Xbox and Microsoft should allow user-generated data uploading (export/import) for the system. If it makes for a better gaming experience for customers, the company should be allowing it. Since other companies allow it, they should find out a way to do so
without breaking rules/laws...I recommend looking into how other companies can do this. I think that a lack of effort and flexibility shows that the Microsoft is failing to create a better experience for their customers. Doing this should not be hard because
it's been done by other companies already, including Microsoft years ago.. I believe that lack of flexibility from Microsoft will hinder the long term success of the system because customers feel disrespected by their unwillingness to give their customers
access and the ability to the features that their competitors do. There are many articles and posts about this. Please listen to us!

my pes 2017 won't start up, it tells me

"the procedure entry point Steaminternal_CreatInterface could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\Program Files (x86)\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\PES2017.exe."
