I am very disappointed with Microsoft, for no good reason they do not release the option file for xbox one. In xbox 360, we had an option file released, which enabled EA for
example to create the game face for fifa and nba games, creation edition for creating complete teams with uniforms created by gamers from the community itself. With the launch of xbox one we had a setback, as this possibility was blocked for no reason. Meanwhile
Sony with its PS4 releases the option file, meaning a console with slightly lower hardware can bring more pleasure and fun to its consumers, showing respect and true feedback. Xbox one has super hardware, but with limitations not even in its previous version.
This has no doubt that weighs heavily in choosing the platform. Today I already consider switching my xbox for PS4, due to the blocking of the option file. Microsoft has to understand that before a super machine, 4k graphics, hdr, there is the fun and consumer
satisfaction of owning that particular product. Not releasing the option file is a lack of respect for your consumer audience. Microsoft, why don't you release the opion file?

So unfortunately Xbox One is not allowed to change anything on the system by external HD and the favorite on consoles requires the use of a flash drive. But there's sites for using mods that you can try to download.

Thanks for coming to the forums. IF you are meaning the file explorer. That app was removed by Microsoft as not many used it. If you are meaning something else can you please clarify so we can assist you better.
