Opting out of Xbox rewards.

I opted out of Xbox rewards and was wondering when my credits and gems would be converted into currency.

Opting Out of Xbox Preview

So I've been talking to a a guy from the Xbox support team about another issue. Putting that aside, he noticed my account was enrolled in the Xbox One preview program when I never even knew about that. I want to opt out so there's no confusion if I need
support again, but I need to use the Xbox Preview app to opt out. Problem is, I can't find the app anywhere. On top of that, I purchased my Xbox One just a few weeks ago too. I don't remember enrolling in the program, but is there any way to opt out if I don't
even have the app?

When you opt out, deposits still follow the same rules as when you are in the program. So if you opt out between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you opt out between the 15th and 20th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
next month.

Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. For example, if you chose to opt out in
the beginning of April, your Credits/Gems would be pending in the first half of the month, and be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

Since you do not have a Microsoft Payment Account for us to deposit currency into, we cannot complete a deposit. We can only deposit into Microsoft Payment Accounts. We cannot deposit into other payment accounts like Credit Cards or PayPal accounts. This
was mentioned in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.
