It only started happening to me when I downloaded the extra packs. Whatev! I wait until its done and play for a while. It's just the norm now. Gives me a moment to prep before I sit down and play. Grab a water, maybe a blanket or some coffee, then bap,
bap, bap, boom baby.

umm not sure but mine threw my disc in the fan of the xbox i got it out n thers not even a scratch theres like 1 or 2 but i put it back now im getting this error my xbox one has a disc second hand n thats scrached to bits it works fine

im have same problem, i got the the game it let me play one day, and was stoked about it, got on the next day and i get this error, i got to the point and deleted every thing off my hard driver trying to fix this error and nothing. At least the 2hours i
got to try it out ****

this is crap....all this money for this...i have changed my disc 6 times now an still get this problem im sick of it now

See I did it backwards, why would ya update a game thats not installed yet, so I back out of the update, let the game run, [which installs the HD stuff on the hard drive] then I let the game update after a reboot.

For me It optimizes HD content every time I boot the game, although I don't get an error message it just gets annoying having to wait for it every time I launch TF.
