Turtle beach can be connected using Optical wire, do you have Optical wire, i had use this before X11 its ok headset but not that good, you will hear a sound all time even though there is no sound coming from game while mute.

    XBox One w/ Receiver Setup

If the One does optical out in the same way as the 360 I am pretty sure selecting "Optical Out" will mean no sound is sent via HDMI.

and even if this is not the case specifying "Optical Input" for sound on the Receiver should mean that HDMI sound is disregarded by the Receiver.

  4. Optical setting are not taking. No sound from receiver. Sound is not on mute.

Check that you have a secure connection between the Xbox One and your speaker/receiver with your optical cable, make sure the optical cable isn't being sharply bent in any way, and the sound input on your receiver is set to take the input from the Xbox and
    output to your sound setup.

On your Xbox's main menu, double-press the Guide button on your controller, and navigate down to the settings icon.

Then, go to... All Settings > Display & Sound > Audio Output

You will see three boxes: HDMI audio, Optical audio, and Bitstream format. Set HDMI audio to "off", and Optical audio to either "Stereo uncompressed" or "Bitstream out". "Bitstream out" is recommended for optical connections, as it allows Dolby Digital and
    DTS signal.

    Hope this helps!

Xbox One Setup with Surround Sound

Thanks for the advice, right now I have it set up like you say, using optical audio from the xbox to the surround sound. However I had to set it to use optical audio on the surround sound receiver so it will not transfer sound from the Chromecast since it
uses HDMI. Not sure if there is an answer to this problem. :-(

Connecting XBox one to receiver with no hdmi port

If your receiver supports digital optical sound, I would suggest getting an optical cable to run sound to the receiver. I do this with my older Philips receiver.
