Opt out of Rewards

Hi,

I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from Xbox Live Rewards for a long time but without success. Any links I find to opting out just take me to a screen that asks me to join!

Can you please opt me out of Xbox Rewards. I’ve not had an Xbox for about 5 years but I’m still receiving emails.

Opt out of xbox rewards

Hello vini3625,

Opt out Credits will be deposited by the time your region is fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards, and Xbox Live Rewards fully ceases for your region. You can see the timeline for the transition in your region in the transition FAQ. Gems have a value
of one Xbox Live Rewards Credit, or one Microsoft Point, as mentioned in the transition email.

Opt out of xbox rewards

Hello.

- if opt out of the program now, when will I have the currency deposited? I saw that it is going to be deposited by the end of June, but I would like to know when exactly. Also, will the MyVIP gems convert to my currency the way it is in the vault? because
in the vault you can trade 250 gems for 5 dollars.

Post can be deleted. Posted too soon before finding the opt-out is for total removal and not just opting out of transition to Microsoft rewards.

When you opt out, deposits still follow the same rules as when you are in the program. So if you opt out between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you opt out between the 15th and 20th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
next month.

Hello,

Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. For example, if you chose to opt out in
the beginning of April, your Credits/Gems would be pending in the first half of the month, and be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.
