    Hi guys,

    Me again Opt out of Rewards program, wait 48 hours and start again with deposit of current rewards :)

    I contacted Xbox Support as suggested. They are also unable to cancel or change my Account Migration to US. Which means I would have to wait 3 months to change it again.

    Because of that, I would like to opt out of the Rewards program, wait the 48 hours and start again with the deposit of my current points then.

    Please let me know if this is okay and what exactly I need to do to make sure all goes well. Can you assure me I will not lose any VIP level as well? This way I can at least make purchases in dollar and make sure everything counts towards the rewards.

    Hi XeoNexus. Your Rewards locale and your Xbox Live locale does not match and this is causing deposits to fail. Your Rewards locale is GBR, and your Xbox Live locale is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll need to opt
    out of the program, wait 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do so, reach out to us again and we'll recover your pending Credits.

    My billing information is correct but i can't get my deposits

    Hello Delukke,

    While this would certainly be fine, we would like to point out a few issues that may arise. Perhaps most importantly for you, we would not be able to recover your VIP progress, as mentioned in our initial post on your issue. Since opting out is essentially
    deleting your Rewards Account, we would not be able to recover that information. While we would be able to recover pending Credits, we would not be able to restore VIP to another Rewards Account, as there would be no spending to associate with that VIP.

    Additionally, we see that some of your recent purchases were in Euro. If you opt out and create a new US Rewards Account, we would only Reward purchases made in USD. Any purchases made with Euro would go unrewarded since that is not the regional currency
    of the US region. If you decide to move your account back to the Belgian region, this would also cause the currency mismatch issue to happen again, except this time it would be due to your US Rewards Account being unable to deposit USD into a Belgian Microsoft
    Account that only accepts Euro.

    If you would still like to opt out of the program to create a US Rewards Account that awards purchases in USD, let us know. Keep in mind that while we will be able to transfer any pending Credits from your old Rewards Account, we will be unable to transfer
    any other progress on that account.

    That system is just awful.

    Guess I won't be spending money on digital Xbox games the next 3 months.

    I spent 2 years getting that VIP level up. I'm not going to reset that now.

    I'll just wait till I can get the rewards account back to Belgium.

    Sigh.
